Salon & Spa Guidelines
- Appointments ~ Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment, to allow time to change & relax. We reserve the right to either shorten or reschedule appointments if more than 15 minutes late.
- Pre-Booking ~ To ensure that you get the preferred time for your next appointment, we strongly suggest pre-scheduling before leaving.
- Group Bookings & Deposits ~ A 20% deposit is required when pre-booking any service over $225 (double process blondes & Elumen color) as well as for parties of 3 people or more.
- Wavers & Contracts ~ A waver must be signed before a technician can perform a color correction service. Contracts must be signed when booking iLoc TM hair extensions for weddings, thank you.
- Cancellations ~ 24 hours notice is required to reschedule appointments, otherwise a fee may be applied. A four week cancellation notice is required for wedding parties.
- Gratuities ~ If you feel you received a great service, we thank you in advance for showing it.
- Children ~ Enjoy your experience without worrying about your little ones. Children under the age of 13 must
- be supervised at all times & are only allowed in the spa area when they are having a service done.
- Cell Phones ~ Please set your cell phone to vibrate so that you & others may completely relax.
- General ~ We use a “quiet voice” in our spa areas, so all may enjoy a relaxing atmosphere.
